POSTAGE & RETURNS
We here at Anchor are here to serve you, to the best of our ability - as unto the Lord. Please take just a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the guidelines on postage charges, return of goods, card payments, goods purchased & delivery of goods purchased.
It is our policy that all goods ordered from us will be despatched to you in no more than four working days from the date of your placing your order with us. If for any reason we are unable to do this, for example; an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email or telephone (if the details are provided).
Your Debit/Credit card will only be charged only for the items you have purchased including postage & packing. If you have omitted to select the correct country in your address when you made your order, the correction will be made by Anchor Recordings on receipt of the order. If in the unlikely event that additional charges need to be made or we have an enquiry about the order placed we will not process the order or take payment until we have made contact with you and clarified any issues.
If your payment is declined we will notify you accordingly. No goods will be sent until payment has been accepted.
If for any reason you are not happy with any items you have purchased from us you may return it/them to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
A credit note may be issued unless otherwise agreed and sent to you by return on receipt of the returned goods, subject to condition. Postage is not refundable.
We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of goods sent to this office. And cannot exchange or make a refund on returned goods not received.
Please note All refunds will be made at the discrection of the Manangement.

As a customer your details are automatically added to our mailing list, however if you prefer not to be added to this list please let us know. Please be assured that your details are for our sole use and not passed on to a third party. The only time details are forwarded is if you have requested goods for or from overseas and we have an Agent who can supply the goods requested in the country of origin.
We operate a postage points system on our Website, which is related to the postage size and weight of the product(s) ordered. i.e Letter, Large Letter, Small Parcel or Medium Parcel.
You can see the postage points when the product is displayed and these points will be translated into the postage amount and added at the check out.
Current postage cost in GBP (£ sterling) is:
- UK - £1 for 1 point to £3.50 for 5 points up to max of £9
- Europe (excluding UK) - £3 for 1 point to £14.50 for 5 points up to max of £20
- Rest of World - £3.70 for 1 point to £27.50 for 5 points up to max of £55
