ABOUT COOKIES AND RECORDED DATA USED ON THIS WEBSITE
A "cookie" is a small data file that collects information when a website is visited. Some cookies are used for important functions of the website to help it run properly.
Some cookies only exist whilst you are visiting a website, but "persistent" cookies remain your computer, either permanently, or for a specified duration before automatically deleting themselves. These "persistent" cookies can help the site to recognise you next time you visit and remember settings that you have chosen.
Session variables are stored on our server only for the duration of your visit to our website. They are discarded when you end the browser session and we have no access to this temporary information.
- NAVIGATION
Session variables are stored on our server while you are browsing our website to allow it to remember which categories and sub-categories are being viewed. These are deleted when you leave the site and close your browser session. No personal data is recorded alongside this and we do not have access to this information. - SHOPPING CART
The list of items in your shopping cart is stored in session variables, and as with the Navigation variables, these are discarded when you end the browser session and we have no access to this information.
Personal information (your name, email address and shipping address), preferences and voucher codes are collected at the checkout by entering in the form and checking boxes. This data is also stored in a session variable, discarded when you end the browser session and only made avaialble to us through the payment portal when you decide to proceed to payment.
At no point do we have access to your credit card or payment details, nor does our website ever collect such information from you or any other party. - TRANSACTION DETAILS

On approval, this data is then recorded as a completed transaction along with the list of your purchases and shipping information. This data is used to generate an order request for our office to fulfil your order.
If you check the box at the checkout requesting us to contact you with news and information, then we may use the contact details you provided to get in touch with you. We may also use the information on which products are ordered for statistical and marketing purposes. - GOOGLE ANALYTICS
