David first explained pluralism as the current solution to the issue of people of different religions living together in the same community. All the religions could be wrong, but only one can be right, because there are radical contradictions between them. Christianity is unique because Christ is the only one of His kind. He came into this world and went out of it like no other. His life was different from everybody else in what He did, what He was and what He said. Unless the Gospel message is fraudulent, Christ’s words leave just three options: that He was a lunatic, a liar or the Lord.
So faith in Christ is exclusive - He is the only way to God
